Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and pre-paid shipping label.
Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport back to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the tool's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
